This is a structured, week-long in-person educational residency where two HLH consultants travel to a school, organisation, or company worldwide to deliver three thematically linked panels of the Wheel of Balance.
The Wheel of Balance is a 12-panel cross-curricular framework developed over 26 years, built on the 50-year creative legacy of Welsh artist Jeffrey Phillips.
Available to: international schools, corporate organisations with CSR/sustainability goals, governments and cultural bodies, arts institutions.

Welsh visual artist, digital strategist and Project & Programme Consultant. 30 years of creative industry experience across music, film, arts, events and international education.
Has been actively promoting Jeffrey Phillips' work for 30 years and internationally for four years. Leads HLH's programme development, digital strategy and international partnerships.
Delivers the creative, artistic and strategic elements of the residency.
Education Specialist & Director
Director of Heritage Life Horizons CIC. Deep expertise in curriculum development, learning outcomes and student engagement.
Ensures every residency is pedagogically rigorous, curriculum-aligned and delivers measurable impact.
Leads the educational structure of the week.
Together, Donna and Alex bring a rare combination of creative vision and educational rigour. Every residency works simultaneously as an artistic experience and a structured learning programme.
7 days total: 2 preparation days (pre-visit planning, needs assessment, resource preparation) + 5 delivery days on site. Covers 3 thematically linked Wheel of Balance panels.
All packages include pre-visit planning, travel insurance, professional indemnity, written impact report, certificates of participation, and a post-residency support call.

Currently VAT-exempt
Best for: Welsh and Irish schools, Welsh Government or Arts Council Wales funded projects.
For schools and organisations in Europe and the Middle East
From £12,000 GBP
Currently VAT-exempt
Best for: International schools in Qatar, UAE and Europe; corporate CSR programmes.
For schools and organisations in China, the Far East, and beyond
From £15,000 GBP
Currently VAT-exempt
Best for: International schools in China and the Far East; global corporate partners; cultural institutions.
All packages include pre-visit planning, travel insurance, professional indemnity, written impact report, certificates of participation, and a post-residency support call. Additional panels or extended residencies available — contact us for a bespoke quote.
All quotes in GBP only. Formal written quotation provided for every enquiry.
HLH is not currently VAT registered (below £90,000 threshold). Prices are currently VAT-exempt. VAT will be charged if applicable.
50% deposit required to secure dates. Balance due 28 days before travel.
All bookings require a signed consultancy services agreement before travel is confirmed.
All travel is booked and managed by HLH and costed into the package. No hidden costs.
Recommend enquiring a minimum of 8 weeks before preferred dates. Earlier is better for international and global residencies.
