Jeffrey Phillips is a Welsh environmental artist and educator with over 25 years of experience using art to inspire sustainability, cross-cultural understanding and education. Creator of the Wheel of Balance and recipient of the Millennium Commission Fellowship Award, his work has been showcased in schools across Wales and internationally, including at Newton International Schools in Doha.
